Toradora!

Hey, guys! I’m back today, partly because I want to get back into blogging and partly because I have break, so I have plenty of free time.

Toradora will be the topic of conversation!

So, the main character I would have to say is Ryuuji, but Taiga also becomes part of the main role as time goes on. I have to be honest and say I don’t know much about this anime, I’m on episode 5, but I really like it and I would definitely recommend it to anyone out there.

The main plot--through episodes 1-5, at least--is about Taiga and Ryuuji’s crushes, and them wanting to get their attention. There tends to be a lot of jealousy, especially in episode 5 when Ami comes in . . .

Anyways, Taiga and Ryuuji are definitely friends. I don’t know if Taiga just takes his food and pretends to be friends, but let’s just call them friends. Taiga trusts Ryuuji enough to tell him about her crush, his seems-to-be best friend, Yusaku. Same with Ryuuji, too; he wants to be friends with Taiga’s seemingly best friend, Minori. They try to help each other with the relationships, but so far, everything seems to have backfired.

I seriously love this anime. If you think it sounds really cutesy and not really your style, just watch the first episode. If you don’t like it, that’s okay. But if you found it differently than you had originally thought, like me, that’s really good and I would tell you to keep watching but I haven’t gotten that far either . . .

Ryuuji is always thought of as someone who would beat you up, only because of his looks from his dad. I honestly don’t quite know what his dad did, but for him to look a lot like him and other students to be afraid of him, it must have been something big.

I don’t know Taiga’s backstory, but I know that she is really tough and would beat anyone up who looks at her twice. On the inside, when you know about her crush, though, she just seems to melt like butter. She’s so cute.

In a way, she and him also seem to be true stalkers at heart . . . kind of like me!

Not that I stalk people, or anything.

Okay, thanks for reading and I will definitely keep you guys updated on my Toradora expedition! My crunchyroll for Toradora won’t work, it just keeps popping up with a picture of Taiga munching on a bowl of rice, so I am going to wait it out. In the meantime, I will go watch Free and let you guys know what I think tomorrow!

PS: If you remember me telling you about White Noise, the new story that I have been writing, please watch my friend Gaia’s drawing of it on YouTube. It’s so amazing, and I have to give her praise. If I tried doing this, I would fail miserably.

She took time and drew this beautiful picture of Sage, thank you so much Gaia! Watch it, it isn’t very long and it would mean a lot.

While you’re at it, please subscribe to her channel. She’s a beautiful artist.

Thank you guys so much!

Oh My Gosh! Anime Update

Oh my gosh! I am so sorry for not writing lately, school has been piling up so much and I haven’t had too much free time. But for the next week, I will be on Fall break, so I should be posting every or every other day!

Lately I have been watching more anime, which is great! I have watched both season one and two of Noragami and I’m all caught up.

I have to ask you guys, what’s your favorite character in Noragami, if you’ve seen it? And even if you haven’t, who do you think your favorite character would be, based on the pictures?

If you can’t read it, the names are, left to right:

Yato, Hiyori, Yukine, Daikoku, Kofuku
Bishamon, Kazuma, Tenjin, Mayu, Nora

Who do you think you’re favorite character would be, if you haven’t seen it? And if you have seen it, let me know who your favorite character really is.

My favorite character is Yukine. Like, my favorite favorite favorite character. I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Also, I started watching Toradora! and while I’m not very far I find it really adorable.

Here are the characters! I don’t know all of them yet, but here they are, left to right:

Ryuji, Yusaku, Taiga, Minori and Ami

I find it really adorable, and I honestly have no favorite right now. I’m pretty early on.

Minori sounds more like me, but she’s sporty too, and I am not sporty . . .

Ryuji is kind of observant, not really, but he also seems to overthink things sometimes.

Yusaku just kind of goes through the motions. I haven’t seen him much, I’m on episode four, but he seems nice but that one person that is somewhat ordinary.

Taiga is someone who rushes into stuff and does whatever she wants. She doesn’t tend to take advice and will stand strong; she’s also really independent.

Minori is the one everyone wants to be around. She’s funny, athletic, and is pretty much good at everything and nice to everyone.

I haven’t met Ami yet, so I can’t judge her. I’m sorry if you wanted to know about her, but I’ll keep you guys updated on where I’m at!

If you have anything you want to recommend me anime-wise, I would love suggestions! I will probably be watching Free, too, because I have heard that one is super amazing too. I am waiting for more of Noragami episodes to come out, they come out every Friday, and I am becoming impatient. But I will have to wait . . . *sigh*

Thanks guys!

Oh, and if you HAVE seen either of these animes, I would recommend taking a character quiz! Here are the ones I took:

I’m so happy with the outcomes because for the Noragami quiz I got my FAVORITE character Yukine, and with the Toradora quiz I got Ryuji! ^-^ I’m happy.

Take the quizzes and tell me who you got, your favorite character, or any recommendations please! Thanks again!

Recommendations and Miku and Me

Hello! I am so sorry I have not been writing, my mind has been so frazzled lately.

And I still couldn’t find a super interesting topic, but I will try my best to talk about something off the top of my head.

This week seemed to go very quickly, I don’t know what to do with myself now. I mean, of course I have homework and everything, but that doesn’t mean I am going to do it right away. Today was really crazy, and all I really want to do is go to sleep.

But I am staying up, and for a specific reason? No. Maybe just defiance against my own personal health. Maybe I am giving myself a reason to sleep in late. Who knows?

If you didn’t know, I am still obsessed with Miku Hatsune. She’s really all I listen to anymore. Of course I listen to other stuff around my non-Miku friends, but when I am alone, I play it however much I want! And I put my Miku playlist on a big loop, so it chooses a random song and I listen to it. The only problem with that is the fact that, since I have 40+ songs on my playlist, it rarely plays all the songs. Only the main ones I listen to, and while that is so nice, I like a bigger variety.

And I listened to The Disappearance of Miku Hatsune by Miku Hatsune and her voice goes so quickly . . . props to anyone who has memorized that.

I kind of want a doughnut right now.

Anything specific you want me to go over? I would love to have a good topic for next time! And I got a recommendation from Riley, let me go over that real quick.

Let’s just say my bedroom is really messy. If I tried to give you a tour, you would trip over something at some point.

Something really important that happened in my life was the day I met Riley and Anna with Lauren. That was pretty amazing. We all kind of sat at the same table in 3rd grade and decided that we were going to play and be friends from now on. If I hadn’t met them I don’t know where I would be right now.

An idea I have for a story that I am writing is White Noise, and I might post something about it later . . . it’s overall about a girl and the thoughts in her head. Her thoughts range from suicidal to murderous, and she is chained up in a cell because of what they told her to do. Because they told her to kill.

And when someone takes her away from there, her demons (thoughts) ruin her chance at freedom. But she’s more than she really knows. It is mainly about her trying to fight off the things in her mind, and trying to grasp sanity.

It is interesting right now, I am on Chapter 5 and a total of 17 pages, but I have no idea what to write now. Ideas will come at some point, I hope.

An OC that I have come up recently is Sage, the main character in White Noise. She has really long black hair, going down and possibly past her hips. She is terrified of herself, and doesn’t know exactly what she should do. Sometimes she wants to kill herself, and other times she wants to kill others.

Dark, right?

Her features are semi-soft, but her insides are rock-hard. She doesn’t put down the wall she puts around herself. Her eyes are a deep, gray-blue, and brighten or darken depending on her mood.

Another character in White Noise is Viviannah, and she is part of the “Black Robe Society,” as Sage calls it. She has the blondest hair you’ve ever seen, and shorter than shoulder length. Her bangs are longer than average bang length, and they constantly hang in her eyes. She has dark brown eyes that are almost like a dark chocolate Hershey’s bar.

There you go, my White Noise OCs!

And if you don’t know what OCs are, they are Original Characters. You’re welcome.

Thanks for reading this! And apparently I have been going worldwide lately, thanks for that!

Vocaloids and Updates

Hey! It’s been a couple days, so I decided to write again!

Recently I’ve been really obsessed with the song Bad End Night by Miku Hatsune.

Go to the link above to watch the video. It’s so cool, but it also kind of freaked me out.

It didn’t give me nightmares, or anything . . .

No, just kidding! It didn’t. But be careful when watching it. If you know you’ll be scared just by how I have somewhat described it, you should be able to search up Bad End Night by Miku Hatsune and you will be able to find just a link to listen to it!

Some other song I really love (and am listening to right now) are:

Crazy Night by Miku Hatsune
Romeo and Cinderella Miku Hatsune
Twilight Night by Miku Hatsune
World is Mine by Miku Hatsune
Rolling Girl by Miku Hatsune
Unravel (full version) by Miku Hatsune
Masked Innocence by Miku Hatsune (Most likely my favorite)
Electric Angel by Rin & Len
Kokoro by Kagamine Rin
Servant of Evil by Kagamine Len

Those are just some of the possible hundreds that I have listened to in the past couple days!

Tell me if you listen to any one of these songs!

And, I honestly don’t have any personal updates. If you were wondering, I finished The Outsider a little over a week ago.

And, to be honest, the ending made me cry.

It wasn’t even that sad! Just how the author wrapped it up was amazing!

I am now listening to Rolling Girl and I am singing along. Look up the English words, the song is so sad.

But it’s just so so so good!

Anyways, keep me updated! Email me or comment to me, please!

Miku Hatsune and Pandora

Hello!

Just a couple minutes ago, I found Miku Hatsune on Pandora. You can imagine my excitement! I love her music, and while she might be a vocaloid, she really speaks to me. Well, at least once I look up what the lyrics mean in English. And because Japanese sounds so cool!

Today, I decided I should talk about Miku Hatsune, after finding this amazing discovery that anime music is, indeed, on Pandora!

So. Miku Hatsune is a vocaloid, and she is projected on stage. I honestly don’t know how, but she is really dancing around and looks totally 3D. She makes movements with her arms and her head and stuff on stage too, as if she were really performing as a singer. Her hair even moves with her.

That is just so cool, in my opinion. Like, Japan, how do you do that?

Right now I am listening to Malentendido by Clean Tears and it’s really good. A couple more songs that have showed up in my anime song list is Caramelldansen by Caramell, which I think is a song that is really popular in Japan right now since I’m pretty sure I’ve heard it before. Hinekuremono by Supercell and Hatsune Miku is really pretty too.

I don’t know why, but I just love hearing the Japanese!

I would love to go to one of Miku’s concerts at an anime-con or something. That sounds like something I would really want to do with one of my friends that loves her, too, like Riley or Gaia.

Oh, and a little update on me is that I tried to learn Japanese last night at, like, 11:00 pm. I tried. All I learned is Konnichiwa and Arigato Gozaimasu. Konnichiwa means hello, and Arigato Gozaimasu is thank you very much, I think. I’m not quite sure.

As you can see, I definitely know how to language.

I will obviously keep trying on Japanese, but at some point I think I will give up. I will keep all of you updated on my Japanese-learning skills and if I decide to stick with it or not.

Thanks for reading this, and I hope you learned something either new or interesting about Miku Hatsune, whether you did know about anime music on Pandora or not!

Lindsay \(^-^)/

Oh, and PS. Right now I am listening to Akahitoha by WhiteFlame and I really love this one too! Please look up the songs I put down on Youtube or something and let me know what you think, it would brighten my day!

Personal Update

Hello guys. Today seemed to be really long at school, and I am so happy that it is nearing the end of the school day.

Yes, I am writing this during school hours. Don’t judge me.

The people I have been working with throughout the day have given me a slight headache. Let’s just say I am kind of an outsider in my school, so they didn’t talk to me about anything. And I guess that’s okay, but when I am trying to work on something they will be talking about something else that I don’t know about and I won’t feel very included.

My small group of friends are what make me happy. There’s Gaia, who can make the world smile with just one of her crazy laughs. And Kaimbry, who can make a joke out of anything. Karishma, the anime fanatic that everybody loves (especially since she makes everyone feel like themselves). Riley, the cute insane girl that will spasm on the floor for fun and the one you always want to talk to. Anna, the seemingly normal one that agrees with everything you say and listens to you no matter what happens. Courtney, the ‘devil’ that always obsesses over books. Lauren, the candy lover that annoys the heck out of you, but you love anyways.

There you go, my beautiful friend group of eight (including myself). We are all comfortable with each other, so we will do whatever we think of and laugh it off later. It doesn’t matter what I do, as long as I have one of them at my side, I can be myself. But when I am in a class filled with people I don’t know, I kind of isolate myself and they don’t make an effort to include me. And that’s okay, I guess. But I wish I could feel more included.

Oh well.

Karishma tells me to watch Inuyasha. Has anyone else seen that anime? If you have, give me your opinion. And everyone in my group of friends is watching Black Butler. Is that a good anime?

As always, I recommend all of you reading this to watch Tokyo Ghoul. I don’t care if you’ve only seen the first couple episodes and didn’t like it. Keep watching it, the second season is the best thing ever. And Tokyo Ghoul:RE is coming out in 2016. If you haven’t read my non-accurate description on what that will be about, please read it! Thanks!

Wow, this blog post was kind of personal. I might delete it later, if that’s okay with everyone.

Unless you like hearing about my personal problems.

Nah, I don’t think you do. I tend to be a big complainer.

Oh, and it’s the second day in November! New month, fresh start! Can’t wait until it starts raining and snowing.

Thanks again, and take my poll at the very bottom of my blog!
